One of our widely held hospitality events is our ‘fusion experience’ style barbeques. Guests are invited to watch our executive head chef, talk through the principles behind fusing East and West cuisine, explaining how spices and herbs can create a wonderfully dynamic combination (or ‘marrying’) of flavours. The enthusiasm and presentation often inspires even the least confident cooks to appreciate the great tastes of a variety of foods. The fusion experience can be presented as a less formal dining option, but can also favour a more formal setting with the use of seating plans and Maître d’.
